CHIRINGUITO
The Olive's poolside Chiringuito is now open to outside guests from 1oam on sunny days, from March 15th through to November, and our Chiringuito guests are very welcome to enjoy the beautiful outdoor pool whilst they wine and dine with us, set against the backdrop of Ibiza's glorious campo.
We have fabulous ultra-fresh cocktails, such our signature gin & basil strawberry lemonade, hand picked fine wines, cavas and champagnes including wonderful rose from it's home in the heart of Provence, plus a range of healthy juices and smoothies, really good coffee and Whole Earth organic sodas.
Also on the menu are traditional rustic pizzas, delicious salads and poke bowls made with local, seasonal produce, and various Italian breads and tapas.
From June 1st for visiting guests, our Long Lazy Summer Package includes 2 sunbeds with a table and parasol and two pool towels for just a 99 euro minimum spend, plus we invite you to a delicious bottle of Provencal rose on arrival. *Pre-booking is advised during July and August.
For guests of The Olive, the poolside is yours to enjoy without any pre-booking necessary, and we will be delighted to invite you for a beautiful bottle of rose on the house if your chiringuito bill for the day reaches 99 euro.
