Learn the age old secrets of traditional Hierbas making in a gorgeous campo setting. . .
Hierbas is the legendary local liquor of Ibiza, hand crafted for centuries by Ibicenco farmers and village folk and steeped in the traditions and cultural heritage of the island.
Join us at The Olive this Summer for a wonderful Hierbas Making Workshop + Mimosa Brunch and learn the ancient art of foraging in the beautiful countryside surrounding our lovely boutique hotel.
Our fantastic guides, who have literally decades of experience of the island´s countryside and limitless knowledge of the specific flora and fauna of Ibiza, will show you how to locate and identify a wonderful selection of fresh herbs which you will collect.
With herbs gathered and much new knowledge gained about the herbs, their uses in plant medicine and much more, you will return to The Olive for a hands-on workshop of how to make your very own bottle of this unique and delicious after dinner tipple.
This foraging walk is very easy at just 1 to 2 hours and is suitable for all levels of fitness, and then after the Hierbas Making Workshop everyone will celebrate at The Olive poolside with a well earned two course brunch and mimosa cocktails!

To begin...
Freshly squeezed orange juice
Excellent coffee or herbal tea
Fresh fruit with yogurt, granola and chia seeds
Followed by...
Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs with wholegrain toast, rocket and cherry tomatoes
OR
Skirt steak with poached eggs with herbed potatoes and cherry tomatoes
OR
Portobello mushroom with vegan cheese, caramelised onion and herbs on an artisan muffin with rocket and cherry tomatoes
All Served with Mimosa cocktails!
