Get back to nature this Autumn in glorious sunshine with a 2 night stay at The Olive Boutique Hotel + Spa.

Enjoy a guided walk on the Saturday morning where you learn to forage for fresh herbs in the beautiful Ibizan countryside and blend them to produce your very own bottle of Hierbas - the island´s legendary and highly fragrant liquor!

This walk is fairly easy at just 2 hours so all are welcome, and we will finish up at lunchtime back at The Olive for a fabulous brunch + mimosa cocktails!

Freshly squeezed orange juice
Excellent coffee or herbal tea
Fresh fruit with yogurt, granola and chia seeds
Followed by...
Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs with wholegrain toast, rocket and cherry tomatoes
OR
Skirt steak with poached eggs with herbed potatoes and cherry tomatoes
OR
Portobello mushroom with vegan cheese, caramelised onion and herbs on an artisan muffin with rocket and cherry tomatoes
All Served with Mimosa cocktails!

(December 16th)
To begin...
Freshly squeezed orange and cranberry juice
Excellent coffee or chai spiced tea
Fresh fruit with yoghurt, granola and chia seeds
Followed by...
Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs with wholegrain toast, rocket and cherry tomatoes
OR
Roasted turkey, sage and onion stuffing and cranberries on a sourdough tartine with rocket and cherry tomatoes
OR
Portobello mushroom with stilton, caramelised onion and cranberries on a sourdough tartine with rocket and cherry tomatoes (*option to swop stilton for vegan cheese)
All served with beautifully spiced mulled wine...
Followed by home made sweet mince pies!
